Feedback form is now closed.
The early career framework (ECF) reforms will create a step change in support for early career teachers, providing a funded entitlement to a structured 2-year package of high-quality professional development. This session explores outcomes from the ECF pilot this year prior to national roll out from September 2021.

This session will provide you with an opportunity to reflect with peers from the Futures community on the following:
What are the barriers to achieving equity in science education in your workplace?
What else ought to be in / out of the current National Curriculum to help achieve this?
What successful strategies have you seen?
Who do we need help from (and what type) to move on?
