In this session ITE lecturer David Allen will talk about the work he is leading at the University of Hertfordshire to support students from minority groups and ASE field officer Rob Butler will provide an update on ASE’s diversity strategy. Jane Turner will reflect on these initiatives in the context of her own work and invite the participants to do the same, in preparation for the Future Gazing session at 3.45.
