Felicia Moore Mensah is a science teacher educator who prepares teachers for science; however, changes in the classroom must also start with those who teach and prepare teachers-- the teacher educators. With critiques of critical race theory teaching emerging, this presentation counters those notions by offering why critical race theory teaching is important in teacher education and the preparation of teacher educators.
